R.J. Frey Technologies has standardized on (LiFePO4) Batteries for all of their solar “off-grid” emergency back-up power systems. These batteries are deep cycle and have a typical life of more than 2000 cycles at 100%/8000 cycles at 50%(Suggested) depth of discharge, without decreasing in performance. 

The built-in Battery Management System (BMS) protects your battery from Over Charge and Discharge, Over Current, Short Circuiting, as well as Low and High Temperature for increased performance and longer life.
